These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the website thecontinentalcircuit and to the events organised under that name by WORK STEP Sp. z o.o., registered at Ul. Solipska 3-5, 02-482 Warszawa, Polska ("we", "us", "the operator"). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Nature of the service

This website presents information about a private, invitation-only series of casino weekends held at licensed venues across Europe. The website itself does not offer, sell, or operate any form of online gambling. All gaming takes place in person, at the host venue, under that venue's licence and rules.

2. Eligibility

You may use this website only if you are at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the law of your country of residence. Participation in events requires the same, plus a valid nomination extended by us. We reserve the right to decline any nomination without stating a reason.

3. Nominations and event access

Nomination is at the sole discretion of the operator. A nomination is not an offer, a promise, or an obligation to contract. A confirmed seat is only granted when we send you a written confirmation identifying the event, the date, and the buy-in.

Buy-ins, seat fees, and cash deposits are handled at the venue on the day, in accordance with the venue's rules. Any additional financial arrangements will be documented in a separate written agreement.

4. Cancellations

If we cancel an event for reasons within our control, we will refund any deposit already paid to us. We are not responsible for third-party costs (flights, hotels, taxis) — please arrange refundable bookings or private insurance. If you cancel your own attendance, refund terms will be those stated in your written confirmation.

5. Conduct at events

Guests are expected to observe the venue's dress code, house rules, and any instructions from our floor staff. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave — without refund — for behaviour that is abusive, dishonest, or likely to harm the operation of the event, other guests, or the venue.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, layout, brand elements — is owned by WORK STEP Sp. z o.o. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of this website commercially without our prior written consent.

7. No online gambling

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of gambling services, a licence to gamble online, or the promotion of any online casino, poker room, or betting operator. If you have arrived at this website looking for online play, please leave.

8. Third-party venues

Each host venue is independently licensed and regulated by the authorities of its country. We are not the operator of the games conducted at those venues; we coordinate access. Disputes about the conduct of a game are governed by the venue's rules and the local regulator.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability toward any user of this website is limited to direct damages and to the amount you have paid us in respect of the specific event in dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss arising from gambling outcomes at a host venue.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. The courts competent for the registered seat of WORK STEP Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules under EU law.
