Responsible Gaming
Last updated: 15 April 2026
Gambling is meant to be entertainment. When it stops being that, the healthiest move is to step away — quietly, without apology, and with help if help is useful.
Our position
- All events are strictly 18+, or the higher age required by the host country.
- Every host venue we work with is fully licensed and operates under a local regulator. We do not organise events at unlicensed premises.
- Our floor staff are briefed to discreetly pause a guest who appears intoxicated, distressed, or playing outside their stated limits.
- A guest may set a personal loss limit or session length in advance and we will hold them to it, on request, at the cage.
- Any guest may request a self-exclusion from the circuit — temporary or permanent — by writing to contact@workstep.com.pl. It is honoured immediately and without further correspondence.
Signs that play is no longer entertainment
- Spending more time or money than you had planned to.
- Chasing losses or borrowing to play.
- Hiding the extent of your play from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, guilty, or irritable when you are not playing.
- Neglecting work, family, sleep, or health because of the game.
If any of these feel familiar, it is worth talking to someone.
